Har Gobind Khorana – Pakistan Born Nobel Prize Winner

We all know of the two extraordinary Pakistanis, Malala and Dr Abdus Salam who’ve been awarded with Nobel Prize. But there’s one more Punjab University alumnus who went on to be awarded Nobel Prize. Har Gobind Khorana, born in Raipur village in Jhelum district, also shared a Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, in 1969.
