Polio virus returns to Punjab

Polio virus has returned to Punjab. The virus was found in water sample taken from Outfall Road on July 11. Water samples in both Peshawar and Karachi have already been tested positive for polio this year. Now Lahore’s inclusion in the list poses a serious threat of polio’s reemergence in Pakistan.
