A man who travelled 500 kms to clean Gilgit Baltistan
Last year alone, a record breaking 1.72 million tourists visited the Gilgit-Baltistan, leaving behind a trail of plastic waste! There is almost zero to no help from the government in cleaning up. So a man, named Absar Khan, has taken it upon himself. He walked over 500 kms, in the course of 19 days, from Shigar Fort all the way to Khunjerab Pass, trying to create awareness and installing dustbins.
