Recover Missing Peace Activist Raza Khan

Raza Mahmood Khan, peace and human rights activist, also the Pakistan convener of a Pakistan-India citizens initiative Aghaz-e-Dosti has gone missing from his residence in Lahore. While, a First Information Report has been registered in the relevant police station, there are no updates on Khan’s whereabouts so far. Pakistan has a history of human rights defenders and progressive activists going missing or going through enforced disappearances. On Saturday, when Khan was seen last by his friends, he had participated in a public discussion against religious extremism in Pakistan. Saeeda Diep is Khan’s comrade and a renowned Indo-Pak peace activist from Lahore. Here Diep is appealing to the President and Prime Minister for recovering Raza Khan. #FindRaza #RecoverRaza
