Her internship also includes walk and drive on Mars through virtual and motion simulation, while she will also conduct a spacewalk in the microgravity experience, and program robots.

Raadeyah said that science has always fascinated her and she is interested in exploring galaxies and stars. “I am very much interested in space exploration and glittering stars in the galaxy. I want my country people to pray for my success in this regard,” she said while speaking to OyeYeah.

Speaking to Bol News, Raadeyah said that she developed interest in space by watching movies and reading books and that this was the career path she would like to choose.

Raadeyah’s mother, who is a doctor herself, said that she is happy that her daughter was selected for the internship, but she was more happy as the 12-year-old was doing what she had interest in.

“I am a doctor myself, but I had never forced Raadeyah to pursue the profession too because I believe we should let children explore. I am happy that she is doing something she has interest in,” she said.

Earlier this month, another Pakistani young girl Ayesha Ayaz made the country proud by winning bronze at the Fujaira Taekwondo Championship held in the United Arab Emirates.
