According to a news report published in The News, the prime minister has expressed these views while addressing as the chief guest at an event organised by the National Incubation Startups.
While talking about the potential of youth and natural resources in Pakistan, PM Imran said that Pakistan was blessed with rich resources, saying it has coal reserves, gold, fertile land, and plenty of water. “Foreign debts would be paid through the resources of Reko Diq gold,” he added.
He said the government was striving hard to harness these resources and the youth of the country could get more and better job opportunities in Pakistan. “We have to free the youth potential and I never had a doubt that Pakistan would lead the entire region, the way it was progressing in 1960s,” he noted.
The prime minister further said that “the encouragement of startup culture in youth is the vision of Naya Pakistan.” He then visited Startups stalls at the ceremony of a demonstration by National Incubation Centre Startups.
Meanwhile, PM Imran had also expressed the government’s determination to facilitate the people and to provide the relief to the downtrodden masses despite the prevalent economic crisis in the country.
