Khawar Manika's domestic servant, Muhammad Latif, has recorded his statement in a case related to illegal marriage against the former Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi, which indicates that Khan is a hypocrite.
While speaking at a program on Naya Daur TV, senior analyst Muzamal Suharwardy said that these shocking revelations are about a person (Imran Khan) who used the narrative of 'Riasat-e-Madina' in his speeches as his political tool.
The analyst said, “If he hadn’t used religion in his politics, then these revelations would be of no importance, but since he used religion in politics, he is answerable, and he cannot term the matter of his alleged illegal marriage as his personal matter.”
While responding to a question about Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Daniyal Aziz’s statements against his party and Ahsan Iqbal, Suharwardy said that Daniyal and his wife have not applied for the ticket of PML-N, which shows that he has decided to quit the party and criticize PML-N and Ahsan Iqbal as per a plan.
In response to another question, the analyst criticized National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman Lt Gen (retd) Nazeer Ahmad Butt for assuring bureaucrats that the watchdog will respect their dignity. Suharwardy said that the former NAB chairman was also interested in addressing the gatherings of officers.
The analyst also said that the PTI will lose its bat symbol and that the PTI is not in a position to contest elections.
