Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) President Maulana Fazlur Rehman has announced that the opposition will be boycotting the session of the National Assembly convened tomorrow (Saturday) to seek vote of confidence for Prime Minister Imran Khan.

"Tomorrow a session has been called in which no member of the opposition will take part," he said while talking to the media. However, one person from the opposition side, he said, will be going to keep a lookout on all the “drama they are doing there.”

Rehman said that after the opposition boycotts the sessions, “it will hold no political importance and PTI will not be considered the representative government of this nation.”

Rehman’s call for boycott comes a day after Imran Khan’s statement to the public about why he is seeking a vote of confidence.
